Before establishing TRUE Consulting, Ileana served in several key roles across notable companies:

• EY Romania (3 years) – Partner, Coordinating the Valuation, Modelling and Economic Team. Within EY Romania, Ileana built a solid team, with an average annual department growth of over 40%. She innovated and developed new services. Main projects coordinated include: business and intangible assets valuation, financial instruments valuation, economic impact analysis, value based management, impairment tests, purchase price allocations (PPAs), assistance in developing business plans, feasibility studies, assistance in obtaining non-refundable financing for major companies operating in sectors like energy, healthcare, beverages, manufacturing or financial services.

• PwC – Senior Manager, Valuation and Economic Analysis, specialising in business valuation, financial reporting valuation and assistance in developing business plans and financial feasibility studies. Within PwC, Ileana was involved in over 100 projects related to economic impact analysis, business and financial instruments valuation as well as financial reporting valuations, including impairment test and purchase price allocation assignments. The client based projects ranged from governmental assistance to companies operating in industries such as oil & gas, banking, energy or telecommunications. Starting with 2012, Ileana was coordinating projects, being actively involved in the development of the PwC Valuation and Economics practice in Romania and Moldova.

Ileana is an active member of the Romanian Association of Certified Valuators (ANEVAR), being an accredited valuator specialized in business and real estate valuation.

Ileana collaborates with esteemed experts in the fields of financial modelling, asset valuation and state aid.
